Client needed several adaptions to ensure the house was suitable for a disabled young adult. In addition, an extension was built to provide a therapy room, to which an XY ceiling track host was installed. The grounds were landscaped to provide level access to the property. Large 6-meter bi-fold windows were installed with an impressive glass ceiling lantern to maximise the light and the fabulous views. It was essential to the client that all the rooms had the disabled adaptions required but at the same time did not feel clinical and was a space the family could sit and enjoy together.
